Stiped Sailing Blouse

PZ-8654009 This slightly oversized top is narrower in the hip so it’s not too too flouncy but super light to wear. Looks amazing with white pants a la sailboat party. it’s 100 % Rayon, but not like grandma’s rayon, nooo times have changed and this feels like cotton but washes like a dream. Small ties at the sleeve dont get in your way, they just add to the whims of this new fave.
